Shipping policy

Delivery time depends on your location and transporter availabilities. It may take between 3 days to 10 days to be delivered at your place.

PLEASE NOTE THIS IMPORTANT SURFBOARD RECEPTION PROCEDURE

ATTENTION !!! LEGALLY THESE GOODS TRAVELS AT YOUR OWN RISKS !
All surfboards are very fragile ! Damages due to transportation can happen. Boxes and products are leaving our warehouse in very good conditions.
You have to take the time to properly check the boards at delivery. You are the only one that can act properly at this level, we won't be there!
This is a key moment and very important step to get covered by insurance.

ALWAYS FOLLOW THIS PROCEDURE DURING RECEPTION TO HAVE A CHANCE TO POSSIBLY CLAIM AND OBTAIN COMPENSATION.

At delivery time, you have legally the choice to ACCEPT or REFUSE the goods if they are not presented in good conditions.
If the damage is too severe REFUSE reception of this particular box. If you decide to accept, be careful ! YOU HAVE the responsibility to report precise damages description on the delivery receipt presented by the driver.
i.e : damage carton, open carton, crushed carton, press points marks, holes on the box ,...

AFTER DELIVERY, IT WILL BE TOO LATE !

  • First check is the right amount of boards compared to the delivery slip
  • Then check out boxes AND products for possible dings on the board

Do not let the driver just drop off delivery and take off.

CHECK THE GOODS WITH THE DELIVERY MAN !!!

These are your rights. Delivery agents are obliged to stay during the time of delivery check/ control

  • When checking, if you find a damage on the board MARK PRECISELY what you see on the transporter's receipt. Best case, board is mint and it's all good
  • Minimum case MARK BOARD DAMAGED on receipt
  • For better security, take a picture of the receipt with your marks, and some additional pictures showing products or boxes damages
    then email us those pictures within 24h.
  • Fins (depending on brand) : they are located in the carton, in a small box alongside the board
    If the carton was presented open, double check if you find them


ANY RETURN SHIPMENT IF THE BOARD IS NOT REFUSED ON THE RECEPTION POTENTIALLY GOES ON COST OF THE RECEIVER AND CAN BE DEPENDING ON VOLUME
